What brought me to TCU? I came here as a transfer student my sophomore year from Oklahoma State. Being from Dallas, TCU seemed like a good school close to home that would really mold me into the adult I want to be when I graduate. I think there are many good teachers at this school, but I think a good teacher is someone who takes time to interact and really makes sure students are learning. Sometimes that takes unique styles of teaching.
I chose to take this course because it's required for me to graduate in December. However, I hope to get a broad background of the course material and thus become that much smarter.
My personal life kind of relates to this class. I haven't taken many classes that require me to write papers. However, being an Ad/PR major for Strategic Communications, I write a lot of press releases and such in AP style. Other writing I do includes e-mails and text messaging.
For my blog, I hope to give out an impression that I'm a calm, but fun person that enjoys life. In terms of the course material, I'm honestly not sure what I'm trying to reveal in my blog. I guess I'll learn more about that as the course goes on.
I have read, understand and agree to the terms specified in the course syllabus.
